Varsha Jawade is a Master in Arts and Social Work. At Chetana-Vikas since 11 years, she performs roles which are supplementary to the main purpose of Counselling. Main work consist of Planning, Co-ordination and Trainings organized for youth and couples of marriageable age. Sex education camps, Liquor prohibition, Federation of self help groups, Muslim women, deserted women and widows. Also handles two village level Counselling Centres.
She herself is handling a home based small enterprise. This contributes to her understand the difficulties faced by the rural women entrepreneurs, whom she advices and trains.
