Ujwala Vaidya is Masters in Social Work and co-handling a Family Counselling Centre in Wardha district. Ujwala at 37 today, is single handedly raising a daughter while doing her job.
At Chetana-Vikas, she learnt many aspects which taught her adjustments and she feels she could handle herself better and face her own challenges with acceptance. This made her more skilled in handling issues between men and women & esp. not compromising on men’s interests. After 6 years now, she loves interacting and communicating with rural people in awareness and training camps, that are held for women, married couples, adolescents, girls and boys, which form integral part of her work.
